Gareth's Influence Lives On

Last Saturday some members of Group 101 had the privilege of watching the very funny Jimmy Cricket perform to a packed audience in Hebburn near Newcastle. The show was organised in memory of our friend and nurse Gareth Boylan, who died just over four years ago.

Group 101 received a donation on the night and on the same day also received a donation from Gareth's mum and dad via our JustGiving page. It is humbling and comforting to know that Gareth's memory is still helping us to take children to Lourdes.

We're in Lourdes!

Group 101 had a safe journey to Lourdes and we've already had sunshine, rain, laughter and tears. Here are some photos from our first two days. Today we go to the mountains of Gavarnie!

Remembering Gareth, four years on

It seems impossible to believe that it is four years today since our group nurse and dear friend Gareth Boylan died. We'll never forget him and he will especially be remembered at the grotto when we are there in three weeks.

Yesterday's Preparation Day

Yesterday Group 101 had their preparation day for this year's pilgrimage to Lourdes. Many thanks to Phil and Margaret for their many hours of hard work in getting ready for the day. It was definitely worth it!

Three weeks to go!

With just three weeks to go until our trip to Lourdes, 40 years since 101 first travelled to Lourdes, today the helpers gather for our preparation day.

We Need Your Help!

Can you help us? In just 10 weeks we are taking some very special children to Lourdes.

With lots of hard work our fundraising is done apart from our coach to the airport on Easter Saturday.

The cost is £760. Can you help us to help some children have the holiday of a lifetime?
